Federal Package's President Takes Her Expertise on the Road.

In November, Federal Package President & Chief Commercial Officer, Melissa Niebes, will be speaking about the current state of sustainability and manufacturing supply chains in skincare. Melissa is a sought-after voice on the realities of plastics production, recycling, and sustainability. She spearheaded Federal Package’s sustainability initiative with the introduction of their Eco Smart® platform that allows plastic components to break down in biologically active environments while providing the same performance as traditional plastics. Her expertise in the realities of supply chain and sustainability within skincare manufacturing is second to none.

Melissa’s first engagement will be at the IBA’s Supply Chain and Sustainability Summit, a virtual event on November 1-2, focusing on the issues affecting the beauty industry today.
