Bereavement Leave
We know the loss of someone close to you is a difficult circumstance. Federal Package offers three days of paid time off for the passing of an immediate family member and one day for non-immediate.
Volunteer Time Off
Federal Package believes in the importance of giving back to the community. Employees may take up to eight hours of paid time off each year to volunteer their time to a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Holidays
Federal Package offers nine paid holidays each year.
Flex Time
Employees are able to work an extra hour Monday-Thursday in order to take a half days on Friday.
